It may be that you are in an accident or you get that long awaited call from the hospital for an operation. Normally, you would have to ring your client, apologise profusely and hope that the only thing they do is ask for their money back! Now you have PhotoFill to back you up and give you some peace of mind. Not all photographers have a contingency plan, they think 'I'll worry about that when it happens!' when it is too late! Business reputation gone, loss of income and possibly a law suit! Don't be one of these, show your prospective clients that you are dedicated to their service!
This is not an insurance policy, but a co-ordination system for busy photographers that don't want to spend time ringing around trying to find another photographer to take their place for that important social function or wedding. It has been designed and produced by social photographer, Rona Cox, who is fully aware of the problems facing the Pro and Semi-Pro photographer!

How does it work?
You, as a photographer, will be invited to join the scheme if you have been working for at least the past year as a Wedding or Portrait photographer. Other photographers from other photographic areas are of course welcome, but they may find it easier just to re-schedule with their client, whereas wedding photographers, in particular, can not!
Once a member, you will be sent a 'Welcome pack' which will require you to note down your details, experience and most importantly, the dates that you already have booked. This information will be used to offer you work as a substitute, if you so wish, and this can be updated by you at any time, alternatively, you will be reminded to update at regular intervals. Your basic details will be shown on the web site, so you will be available to potential customers making a general search.
The information held by 'PhotoFill' will, of course be held in the strictest confidence and only divulged if you have given permission to do so. If you are unfortunate enough to require 'PhotoFill's' services, all you need do is to make contact by E-mail or phone, giving the 'booking' details. You will then be contacted again with names and addresses of substitute photographers in your area or that of the 'booking'. This should only take a few minutes. If no replacement can be found (which may happen during peak periods), you will be informed immediately. Please read the 'Terms and Conditions' supplied in your 'Welcome Pack' .
Photography courses for the beginner to proficient business minded, a subsidiary of PhotoFill. Visit 'Photo Course Select' for courses on Close Up photography and a new 'Emergency Wedding Photography Course' for a relative or friend that has been asked to cover a wedding!
